Vidyalaya Plan for Strengthing of Primary Education for Year 2010-11
- For the effective & successful implementation of the CMP in order to strengthen Primary Education the following activities schedule is prepared:-
- Worksheet of each & every lesson from class Ist to class Vth will be prepared by all the subject teachers.
- Resource file will be prepared by all the subject teachers.
- Time-Table will be redesigned.
- TLM will be used by all the teachers.
- Class library will be utilized.
- Resource room will be well equipped.
- Educational Excursion.
- For the development of spoken English :-
- All the teachers will use English as the medium of instruction for teaching English, EVS & Math’s.
- In order to create a conductive English language environment the teacher will communicate in English among themselves and with the students.
- Students’ right from class Ist will be instructed to communicate in English.
- Very small sentences of 2-3 words will be taught to class Ist and IInd students, so that they find it easy to communicate in English.
- All the students will be encouraged to talk in English among themselves as well as with the teachers.
- Certain items improving English language may be introduced through CCA & morning assembly.
- For the effective use of Computers in teaching learning process:-
- Specific periods will be allotted to every teacher to use the Computer Lab or Resource room and CAL/TAL.
- Children will be shown various Educational CDs for teaching different subjects
- Children will be shown Encarta kids and other interesting CDs in order to improve their general awareness.
- LCD Projector.
- Children movies will be shown to the students.
